Agile Coach

Location: Sydney CBD, Hybrid
Rate: Up to $900/day
Security Requirement: Applicants must be Australian Citizens with an active NV1 Security Clearance.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support teams in adopting and embedding effective Agile ways of working within a structured program environment. You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to uplift capability through hands-on coaching and facilitation. This role focuses on driving sustainable Agile practices, improving delivery flow, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters through practical, learning-by-doing approaches to Agile ways of working
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide observations to improve team effectiveness and delivery outcomes
• Support backlog validation, sprint readiness, and refinement processes to ensure consistent delivery flow
• Promote and embed sustainable Agile practices and psychological safety across teams
• Identify, surface, and assist in removing impediments while escalating risks with clear context
• Deliver targeted 1:1 coaching and short engagements to uplift team maturity and performance

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to independently coach multiple teams with varying levels of Agile maturity
• Strong experience embedding Agile frameworks and improving team delivery practices
• Demonstrated expertise facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement
• Advanced proficiency as a power user of Jira and Confluence
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across cross-functional teams
• Ability to assess team performance and provide actionable coaching insights
