Mancave Barbershop Coomera, located in Westfield Coomera, 103 Foxwell Rd, Coomera QLD 4209, is seeking multiple skilled and passionate full-time Barbers to join our growing team.

You will perform a broad range of barbering services, contribute to a professional and welcoming shop atmosphere, and work collaboratively with a supportive team.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide professional barbering services including precision hair cutting, clipper work, fades, tapering and styling 
• Perform beard trimming, shaving, and facial grooming services 
• Consult with clients to assess hair condition and recommend suitable styles and treatments 
• Perform basic shampooing and scalp care services where required
• Apply a range of styling and finishing techniques to achieve desired results 
• Maintain high standards of hygiene by cleaning and sterilising tools and workstations 
• Manage appointments and ensure efficient service delivery 
• Recommend and promote suitable hair care and grooming products 
• Deliver excellent customer service and build ongoing client relationships 

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 2 years of barbering experience in a barbershop or salon environment 
• Relevant trade qualification (Certificate III or higher in Hairdressing/Barbering) preferred 
• Strong technical skills in modern and classic barbering techniques 
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
