We’re on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business initiatives and strengthen our trusted partnerships within the reseller network across Sydney and Regional NSW (Northern Sydney, Central Coast, Dubbo, Lithgow, Mudgee). What would it look like?

  • Drive continual business growth while managing existing reseller relationships

  • Conduct regular call cycles and product demonstrations

  • Identify and capitalise on market opportunities for sales growth

  • Collaborate effectively with Business Development Managers and internal teams

  • Meet sales targets, plans, and reporting requirements aligned with business objectives

  • Uphold and contribute to our Culture of Care

We are looking for someone that has…

  • Demonstrated success in a B2B sales/territory management role within a similar industry sector

  • Strong business acumen with a zeal for new business development

  • Exceptional skills in customer engagement

  • An independent work style with a proactive "can do" attitude

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Proficiency in computer use, including CRM software

  • A professional and ethical approach to business

  • A full, clean driver’s licence
