Majha Food Pty Ltd trading as Buffalo Chargrill is seeking a talented and motivated Chef to join our team at 1/199 Pacific Hwy, Charmhaven NSW 2263, Australia.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Plan and design menus that meet our customers' tastes and dietary needs
- Estimate food and labour costs for efficient kitchen operations
- Order, manage, and maintain food stock and kitchen supplies
- Ensure top-notch quality control during food preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with managers, dietitians, and both kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Demonstrate advanced cooking techniques and provide guidance to kitchen staff
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals to a high standard
- Maintain and enforce food safety and hygiene protocols
- May be responsible for selecting, training, and mentoring kitchen staff
- May manage food freezing and preservation for long-term use
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant industry experience required
