About the Role

Our Commercial Projects Team is growing and we're on the lookout for apprentices to help us deliver on some exciting upcoming projects.

We’re excited to offer a unique dual trade opportunity for Apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic/Electricians to join our growing team in Dubbo. This opportunity is open to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Year Apprentices who are passionate about building a strong future in the trades.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your existing skills, this is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience and work toward a dual trade qualification in both refrigeration and electrical. You’ll be working across a variety of projects, learning from experienced professionals, and developing the kind of versatile, in-demand skills that can take your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning and heating systems

• Gain practical experience in both refrigeration and electrical work

• Learn to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues

• Ensure high safety standards and quality workmanship on all tasks

• Work closely with a supportive, skilled team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Strong interest in both the refrigeration and electrical trades

• Willingness to complete a dual trade qualification

• Current driver's licence

• Commitment to safety and quality standards

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for hands-on work
