Our Fredon Air Service team is looking for an experienced Account Manager located in Silverwater to join our team on a full-time. Reporting to the NSW Branch Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various accounts.
The key accountabilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Strive to build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships
Generate new sales with each client account
Negotiate contracts with clients
Establish and monitor financial performance including a budget, work in progress and forecasts
Prepare quotations for clients for repair and modifications to installed plant
Work with sales team, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all sales needs met.
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
Ensure Work Health and safety legislation and obligations are understood and met by yourself and all team members
Ensure that projects/contracts achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Provide high-level technical support including advising on the condition of their mechanical plant and control systems, and make recommendations on how the performance can be improved.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Relevant tertiary/trade qualifications
Knowledge of HVAC/Mechanical industry, desirable
Willing to travel to client sites as required
Demonstrated experience successfully leading and managing a team
Strong stakeholder management abilities
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to develop soundly based, innovative strategies that lead to improved profitability.
Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyse financial statements.
Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a range of people
Current drivers’ licence
