Accounts Clerk

Are you ready to take your accounts career to the next level? 
KASE Group, an Australian-owned company founded in 2017, has been on a strong growth trajectory, and we’re expanding our talented team. Specialising in both insurance and non-insurance building and restoration repairs across Australia, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Reconcile invoices, payments, and bank statements using MYOB and Xero.

  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements.

  • Maintain vendor and client records, ensuring details are up-to-date.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Generate financial reports as needed.

  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve account discrepancies.

  • Support the finance team with other administrative and clerical duties as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in general accounts

  • Proficient with either MYOB and Xero an advantage 

  • Diploma in Accounting or related qualification highly regarded

  • Strong intermediate Excel skills

  • Great attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

  • Experience closing off end of month and ensuring all accounts are reconciled

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Must have a valid National Police Clearance.
