Accounting Officer

We are looking for an accounting officer to work for our company name BM Steel Frames Pty Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have experience with processing & maintaining accounting system ( Accrivia)
• Must have experience with Steel Frame production environment
• Update COD outstanding and send invoice and credit note by email to customers
• Check pending order list, call customer to chase the payment
• Monthly Bank & General ledger reconciliations
• Responsible for chasing COB and account receivable payments, mailing documents via AUS and reconciliation of aged debtor including chasing debtors with outstanding accounts.
• Assisting the preparation of statutory requirements including monthly PAYG, IAS and Quarterly BAS reporting and lodgment
• Assisting of the month end and year end financial statements and year end stock take report
• Assist with the preparation of monthly cash flow forecasting
• Responsible for credit insurance management, assist with credit insurance claim process, assist with various insurance renewal and claim process. including worker compensation, business insurance and motor vehicle
• Text customers who has overdue amount or their account will be locked in 2 days.
• Assist the company vehicles REGO payment
• Filling all account department documents and forms
• Responsible for banking of cash and cheque
• Credit card and cash reconciliation
• Tasks assigned by Finance Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
