We are looking for a friendly, organised, and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team for a 6-month maternity leave contract. This is a work-from-home role with full-time hours, supporting both our Mackay and Brisbane operations starting from mid-July 2025.
This role is all about creating outstanding client experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and a key part of our behind-the-scenes operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming client phone calls and emails
- Liaise with the scheduling team and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare quotes, onboard new clients, and conduct regular check-ins
- General office administration
- Accounting support including billing, reconciliations, quoting, and invoicing (Xero)
- Manage stock ordering, repairs, and rotation

What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admin or accounts, preferably in a service-based role
- Experience using Xero for accounting tasks
- Strong communication skills (phone and email)
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- A quiet workspace, your own laptop and phone
- A proactive, reliable and thoughtful attitude
