About Us
Ecosaver Australia is a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions, delivering large-scale sustainability upgrades across Victoria. We are expanding and seeking a dedicated Accounts Associate to join our finance team and support the next phase of our growth.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accounts Associate to manage day-to-day financial operations and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Xero and Excel, have strong communication skills, and a track record of accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including debtor and creditor invoices
• Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts
• Prepare and present financial reports and cashflow tracking
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for invoicing, follow-ups, and negotiations
• Ensure data integrity and up-to-date financial records
• Support budgeting and cost management initiatives
• Assist with audits and compliance documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar accounts/finance role
• Proficiency in Xero and Excel is a must
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work from the office Monday–Friday
• Must be able to start on or before May 19, 2025
