We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our busy team located in Hope Valley for an immediate start, on a full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for the right person who is willing to learn and gain valuable experience in the Steel / Construction industry. Steel knowledge will be highly regarded.
Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
General office duties
Following up queries by working with other departments and customers
Accurate data entry & calculations
Filing, printing and other administrative duties as required
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
A friendly and professional phone manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
Reliable and punctual
