The Role
Reporting to the Administrative Support Coordinator and based in Windsor, the purpose of this position is to provide end to end secretariat and administrative support for all Council Committee meetings, including scheduling, preparation and live minute taking as well as preparation of agendas and minutes. This position supports Council in word processing, business paper systems, grants, corporate writing style and graphics. The ability to work flexible hours / outside of business hours in order to attend Committee, Panel and Council Meetings will be required.
About You
You will have a robust history as an administrator with extensive experience in live minute taking, preparation of agendas and all administrative tasks supporting a large department and/or organisation. You will be adept at collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and will be experienced in maintaining internal documentation and various Administrative/Governance Registers.
