Your New Role
The Advice Coach, Member & Adviser Help provides expert advicecoaching and support to our Member and Adviser Help Leaders and General Advicetrained consultants. Your primary focus in this role will be to increase thecapability and quality of those accredited to provide advice on behalf of ourlicence to our members. The role will also work closely to provide guidance,education and expert knowledge to uplift Advice capability across the leaderand Member and Adviser Capability Coach network.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Identifying situations/incidents through monitoring and supervision activities where we are not meeting our AFSL or RSE licence obligations or the legislative requirements prescribed by Corporations Act, Privacy Act and Austrac;
- Providing feedback when issues and potential compliance breaches are identified; and
- Providing relevant reporting and dashboards on skill gaps and opportunities to uplift the delivery of general advice provided and personal advice referrals.

- Have a Bachelor's degree level education or relevant tertiary degree to meet FASEA requirements;
- Demonstrated financial advice experience;
- Excellent knowledge of the advice processes within major financial services/superannuation fund;
- Demonstrated experience coaching individuals and groups to deliver team and organisational outcomes;
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to lead and influence outcomes;
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
