What You’ll Do
As Service Manager you will take full leadership responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care home – ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team culture.
Key Responsibilities Include
Ensuring quality clinical and personal care aligned with the Positive Well-being ModelLeading and developing a multidisciplinary team of care and support professionalsMaintaining accreditation standards and meeting performance targetsBuilding a service culture that puts residents and relationships firstEngaging with the local community to maintain strong occupancy and reputation
You will be empowered to shape service delivery with autonomy, supported by an experienced regional and corporate team.
What We’re Looking For
You are a strategic thinker and compassionate leader who brings:
Registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA), or relevant senior health/management background5+ years’ post-graduate experience with recent leadership in aged care or health servicesStrong knowledge of aged care standards, funding, and compliance requirementsExceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to resident wellbeingA values-driven mindset aligned with the mission of Churches of ChristPossess a current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check - or ability to obtain.Undergo a National Personal Insolvency Check.
