Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble and commission air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in homes, offices and industrial sites

• Diagnose equipment faults and carry out efficient repairs, including pressure testing and system charging

• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service calls to ensure optimal system performance

• Advise clients on preventative care and energy-efficient operation of their equipment

• Maintain accurate job records and ensure compliance with all safety and licensing standards

Selection Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration

• Qualifications: Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent

• Licence: Valid Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) licence

• Driver’s Licence: Current and unrestricted

• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving and time-management abilities

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high regard for safety
