We are Alliance Climate Control, located in Alexandria. We are looking for a gun AC installer to take on the role and join our installation division, assist in installing new and replacing old AC systems for our clients, and help them deliver quality installations with pride.

About you

You’re a real problem solver. You have great attention to detail, and people get annoyed at you for always pointing out the problems in other people's work. You’re so good at what you do, you do it because you are passionate, and you look at every installation as an artwork masterpiece. You love to make your clients happy and see them smile at the end of an Installation.

You want to work somewhere that doesn’t - yell at you, swear at you, rush you, and send you on a while goose chase after you have just completed an install to more service calls. Instead, they appreciate you, acknowledge your quality installs and praise you, let you take the time you need to get the job done right and ensure the client is 100% happy.

Skills & Attributes

• Qualified or have extensive experience 5+ 

• An excellent communicator 

• Self-driven, reliable and has a positive attitude 

• Have residential installation experience
