All Rounder (Kitchen, Hall)

We are looking for a Food & Beverage / Sushi Maker All Rounder
This is a dual role, working in both our customer service and kitchen departments.

T316, Erina Fair Shopping Centre, 620 Terrigal Dr. Erina, NSW 2250

- Position:
Casual position (with the possibility of moving to part-time or full-time for the right candidate)
All 7 days might be needed. Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and up to 5 shifts per week, including lunchtimes regularly.

- Hourly Rate (Before tax/Based on Adult):

• Intro level: $29.33 (weekdays), weekend (x1.2), public holiday (x2), superannuation 11.5%
• Level 2: $31.23 (weekdays), weekend (x1.2), public holiday (x2), superannuation 11.5%

- Responsibilities:

• Sushi making (rolls, nigiri, inari, etc.)
• Hot food preparation
• Customer service (POS operation, order packing, front counter service)

We do not pay cash in hand.
A valid TFN (Tax File Number) is required.

Kitchen experience is a plus but not essential – we are happy to train the right person.
Customer service experience is essential.
