We act as recruiters for Kinder M8. We are recruiting for an experienced experienced Analyst Programmer - Product Manager to work for Kinder M8, which offers an 'all-in-one' childcare management platform. This is a full-time and permanent position.
The Analyst Programmer - Product Manager will be responsible for the Kinder M8 products, including Kinder M8 Finance, Kinder M8 Documentation, Kinder M8 CRM and Kinder M8 WorkForce products. This includes clearly understanding Kinder M8's products and systems, and developing strategies to improve them. These strategies should be implemented through careful coding, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing review of the systems to ensure performance.

Task & Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap & Strategy: Come up with a clear vision and strategy for the Kinder M8 Finance, Kinder M8 Documentation, Kinder M8 CRM and Kinder M8 WorkForce products. Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives and market opportunities.
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with the development team, oversee the development process, ensuring high-quality delivery of features delivered on time.
- Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap, clearly communicating timelines, milestones, and priorities. Adapt the roadmap as needed based on feedback, market changes, and strategic shifts.
- Sprint Planning: Create and manage comprehensive sprint plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones for the product development team.
- Design, develop, and test Kinder M8 applications and components
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance skills and knowledge
- User Experience: Ensure the Kinder M8 product provides an excellent user experience, by coming up with intuitive and engaging interfaces.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Analyse and map the customer journey to identify pain points and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Needs Assessment: Continuously assess customer needs, challenges, and goals. Work collaboratively to develop strategies and solutions that align with these objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to build and maintain strong relationships. Regularly check in with customers to understand their challenges and objectives. Ensure that customers receive updates and follow-ups on their support inquiries.
- Kinder M8 Onboarding: Implement & manage customers onboarding process & Kinder m8 rollout. Ensure they have a smooth and successful start with Kinder m8.
- Adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensure compliance with SLAs related to response times, resolution times, and service quality. Prioritize and manage support requests based on SLA guidelines.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize training sessions for team members. Keep the team updated on product updates, new features, and best practices.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor degree in computer science/IT/software engineering or similar (desired).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines.
