Games Workshop has a brand new opportunity for an IT Application Support Specialist to join our expanding IT team in Leppington, Sydney. If you are a natural problem solver with a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in high-pressure situations, then this could be the role for you!
As our IT Application Support Specialist, you will provide Level – 2 application support ensuring system stability and support for our business-critical applications across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work as part of our small local IT team to observe, analyse, and troubleshoot systems, ensuring they operate smoothly by planning and executing functional testing, creating detailed test cases, addressing system bugs and resolving issues. You will also play a critical role in supporting business growth, with the rollout and transitioning of a system improvement programme.
Collaboration is key as you will work closely with our office, retail and warehouse teams as well as the global IT team, to help identify and solve system issues. Flexibility is essential, as you’ll be collaborating across time zones with the UK to ensure we continue to enhance our operations.
The ideal person will have 3+ years experience in Level-2 application support, have experience with D365 and Integration troubleshooting in a retail or warehouse environment. Familiarity with Azure services, POS and fluent OMS system knowledge is advantageous.
