These are new roles in their teams due to the growth they are experiencing. Projects can span from Luxury Multi Residential, Commercial, Education, Mixed-use developments, Health and Hospitality. 

Your duties as Architectural Technician/Drafter will include but are not limited to:

• Producing and delivering accurate Construction Documentation. (REVIT/AutoCAD) with technical excellence and design innovation. 
• Ensuring high quality work standards are maintained.
• Providing input on technical and design issues.
• Working with consultants, stakeholders and authorities, and team members.
• Assisting in meeting project deadlines.

The successful applicants will be quality output focussed, have excellent attention to detail, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

Additionally, to be considered for this role you must have:

• Qualifications in Architecture.
• Proficient understanding of REVIT & AutoCAD - ESSENTIAL.
• Min. 3 years of local post grad Australian experience - ESSENTIAL.
• REVIT Documentation/Drawings you can provide to demonstrate your REVIT proficiency - ESSENTIAL.
• Relevant experience working on various large projects in Australia.
• Familiar with Australian Standards & Codes.
• Australian or NZ Citizen, or PR - ESSENTIAL.
