About Nakamura Chocolates

Nakamura Chocolates is owned and run by award-winning chocolatier, Yuki Nakamura.  Her chocolates are celebrated for their innovative flavours and design, and are hand-produced locally in Perth.

The role

As an assistant chocolatier, you will support the production of chocolates in a small commercial kitchen. The role would suit an experienced pastry chef or chocolatier looking to work part-time during regular school hours.

The successful applicant will:

• Have experience in commercial food preparation to a high standard

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines without compromising quality and attention to detail

• Be a keen learner who is always focused on improving their knowledge and skills, and production processes

• Use their own initiative and work autonomously, but also follow instructions and work closely with a team

• Be reliable and easy to get on with

This is a unique opportunity to work in a professional kitchen and learn directly from Chocolatier Yuki Nakamura.
