What this opportunity involves:
As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you’ll provide oversight and continuous improvement of our integrated facilities and business support services to our valued superannuation client - Australian Super

Seek best practice through our multi-function service delivery and manage the overall service outcomes, ensuring KPI’s and SLA’s are met throughout the term of our contract.

A snapshot of the role:
Facilities Operations
Manage & oversee site services (Soft & Hard) as part of the scope delivered.
Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)
Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures are being complied with
Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed

Human Experience
Deliver the account’s Human Experience Roadmap at the site and ensure the delivery of all operational requirements to uplift workplace experience, community engagement and sense of wellness and well-being at the site.
Client Engagement
Create a fun and impactful client engagement strategy.
Engage with all guests, employees, and key stakeholders.

Communication
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
Lead the development and implementation of all internal communication strategies in collaboration with client’s leadership with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement.
Team Management
Team player, motivational leader, work across business unit to establish a collaborative environment.
Reporting
Ensure the monthly performance report is generated to meet SLA standards.
Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
