The Role
Located in the heart of the north and within an eclectic landscape, our Ray White Northcote office is entering a significant growth spurt. With that in mind, we have a career position available for an experienced property manager to manage a diverse portfolio of residential investment properties.

Skills
Be proficient with Gmail Suite and Microsoft Office
Preferably hold an Agents Representative Certificate
Hold a current Victorian Drivers License and have a reliable car
Accustomed in high level of attention to detail
Self-disciplined, team orientated and ability to work independently
Outstanding communication, time management, multitasking, negotiating and prioritisation skills
Heavily customer service focused
Achieving set KPIs
