The Role

Located in the heart of the north and within an eclectic landscape, our Ray White Northcote office is entering a significant growth spurt. With that in mind, we have a career position available for an experienced property manager to manage a diverse portfolio of residential investment properties.

  • Assistant Property Manager in the real estate industry

Skills

  • Be proficient with Gmail Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Preferably hold an Agents Representative Certificate

  • Hold a current Victorian Drivers License and have a reliable car

  • Accustomed in high level of attention to detail

  • Self-disciplined, team orientated and ability to work independently 

  • Outstanding communication, time management, multitasking, negotiating and prioritisation skills 

  • Heavily customer service focused

  • Achieving set KPIs

  • Foster and nurture relationships
