ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to join the Autobarn family in the role of Assistant Store Manager to motivate, develop & oversee a customer-focussed team to hit sales targets!

The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager, and assists with:

  • Creating a safe and secure working environment
  • Achieving Store Sales Targets
  • Managing both Store & Team Member KPIs
  • Providing Talent Management & Development to all Team Members
  • Leading by Example
  • Complying with all Safe Work Practices, Policies, Procedures & Instructions

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • 2-3 Years Experience in Retail Management
  • Experience Working Towards KPI’s & Budgets
  • Experience with Inventory Management
  • Experience working in the Automotive industry is advantageous but not essential 
  • Authentic Passion for Customer Service
  • Eagerness to Continuously Learn
