·         Flexible working arrangements – hybrid role
·         Hourly rate $30-$40 + super (negotiable)
·         Required to work Fridays, Saturdays & Mondays

Job Description
This role is perfect for someone with strong writing and organisational skills, who enjoys being part of a small, high-performing team. You will be at the heart of a boutique property business, helping to make it run like clockwork while supporting clients through one of the biggest moments in their lives — buying a home.

·         Client engagement and support
·         Conducting property searches and market analysis
·         Coordinating property viewings and inspections
·         Assisting in the preparation of offers and negotiation strategies
·         Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
·         Providing high level administrative support to the team as needed
·         Social media content and engagement + video editing
·         Assist with planning and delivering events

Requirements        
·         High level written and spoken communication skills
·         Excellent organisational and time management abilities
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
·         Outstanding attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
