Associate/Senior Associate - Personal Injury

We are currently seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our expanding Personal Injuries team in Brisbane.

The role

This role offers and exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Injuries lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PAE. You will have a strong background in the following areas:

• Workers Compensation Claims

• Motor Vehicle Accident Claims

• Public Liability Claims

Our Personal Injuries team has a proven track record of successfully representing plaintiffs in specialist tribunals and courts, securing record-breaking settlements for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly skilled and supportive team that consistently achieves exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to both new and existing clients

• Ability to run matters for a Partner with minimal supervision whilst being able to drive a matter forward autonomously where appropriate

• Prepare court documentation

• Draft letters of advice, correspondence, documents and statements

• Attend conferences

• Possess a team player approach and the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally

• Willingness to participate and lead client marketing engagement initiatives including attendance at functions, client function and delegate training

• Effective time management and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
