Autobody Estimator

We are a family owned and operated company based in Sunny Cairns, providing quality autobody repairs since 1977. Currently we are expanding our operations and seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Autobody Estimator. In this full-time role based in Bungalow, QLD, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and compiling comprehensive estimates to our clients.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and work providers

• Experience in quoting damaged vehicles in accordance with Insurance and OEM repair methods in a timely manner

• Liaise with parts suppliers, insurers and customers to ensure vehicles are repaired in a timely manner

• Liaise with production to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised

• Hand over completed repairs to customers

• Work closely with admin staff to ensure accuracy of information for customers
