Automotive Glazier (Windscreen Fitter)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Glazier (Windscreen Fitter) to join our team at Mobile Windscreens and Tinting in Sydney, NSW. As a fulltime member of our skilled team, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing windscreens and other automotive glass with speed, precision and exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Assess and diagnose vehicle glass issues, providing recommendations to customers
• Carefully remove and replace windscreens and other automotive glass
• Perform high-quality repairs to damaged windscreens and other glass
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and safety requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Assist with the administration of jobs and inventory management as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Automotive Glazier or Windscreen Fitter
• Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive glass issues
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
