You will mix, shape and bake Sonoma Bread and Pastry products, ensuring Sonoma quality & consistency is maintained.

Task & Responsibilities
The role requires the ability to work in a fast paced team of bakers and apprentices without compromise on quality or consistency where you will:
- Shape the bread to order – rolls, baguettes, loaves etc. as well as a variety of loaves according to production list
- Correctly proof the bread; Score the bread; bake the bread ensuring all bread is baked to Sonoma standards
- Feed starter daily
- Ensure stock rotation is managed in accordance with procedures
- Ensuring goods are stored safely
- Partake in monthly stock taking
