Baker

Two Bobs Sourdough Bakery is looking for a baker. We are situated in beautful Nelson Bay, Port Stephens. We are a small family run business, and encourage a friendly professional work environment.

We are looking for a motivated learner, with a passion for baking to join our growing team. Experience is preferred but not essential, a background in hospitality is ideal. If your fed up with hospitality hours, split shifts etc this could be the job for you. 3am starts most days and finished by lunchtime.

You will learn all aspects of sourdough production baking, mixing and hand shaping. Working with our small friendly & dedicated team on a daily basis.
