Baker (Specializing in Various Savory Pastry’s & Breads)

Based in Caringbah Sydney, Cuisine Corp Australia is one of the largest manufactures of handmade gourmet finger foods & Large Snacks in Australia. Our customers include 5 star hotels, caterers, government, cater venues, sports arenas, convention centers, retail, airlines, restaurants, clubs, cafe etc. 

An excellent opportunity exists for a Qualified Baker or Experienced Baker to work within our food production team. Day Shifts, Monday to Friday on a Casual / Full Time

Ideally, you will:

• Have experience in Bakery with a proven track record in producing consistent high-quality products   

• Have a sound knowledge of different pastry varieties and bread dough applications

• Be experienced with short and puff pastry production and sheeting on machine

• Be familiar with busy production out-puts (Multiple Products)

• Have a sound knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP) systems 

• A hands-on person

 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prep of dough, blockings & sheeting

• Report directly to Production Manager

• Monitoring a coordinated production run

• Effective management of stock in your section

Experience: Baking Experience Preferred
