In this role, you will Support our South East Metro branches by being the first point of contact for our customersPut customers at the centre of everything you do. Work with your customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges and identify the most suitable products and services.Ensure our customers receive a seamless, consistent, and customised experience every step of the wayAssist our customers with account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactionsEnsure all customer details are accurate and up to dateDemonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secureUndertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career development What you’ll bring: A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile.An ability to work collaboratively as a team and resilience, self-motivation and energy to create our signature customer experience.A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accuratelyAn appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers Multiple positions 32+ hours per week. It is essential you have your own transport and can travel between locations to support our branches and customers covering unplanned and planned leave. *Mileage is paid. All positions are 5 days per week - Monday to Friday, within the operating hours of 9:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:00am-5:30pm Friday Our Metro South East Branches include Bentleigh, Chadstone SC, Dandenong, Elsternwick, Fountain Gate SC, Frankston, Keysborough, Malvern, Mulgrave Waverley Gardens SC, Middle Brighton, Mentone, Southland SC, Oakleigh, Springvale.
