Branch / Warehouse Manager (Commercial Office Furniture)

Our client is a national industry leader in the wholesale supply of commercial office furniture. They offer a fully stocked product range to their Australia wide network of retail customers.

The Role:

Are you an experienced and proactive leader with a strong background in warehouse operations and team management? We’re looking for a Branch / Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our Eastern Creek operation.

Key responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage the overall operations of the warehouse and branch

·        Supervise staff and contractors to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance

·        Maintain high levels of customer service and support

·        Oversee inventory control, dispatch, and logistics

·        Foster a positive team culture and ensure operational targets are met

·        Ensure adherence to OH&S standards and company policies

What We Need from You:

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a state-based operation, branch or similar

·        Proven experience in warehouse and team management

·        Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach

·        Excellent communication and organisational abilities

·        Ability to manage contractors and coordinate logistics efficiently

·        Forklift license is essential

·        Truck license is desirable
