A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a highly capable multidisciplinary team. The successful Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in advancing ICT business improvement processes, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to business outcomes. The successful Senior Business Analyst will be offered a 12 month contract with up to 24 months of extension options! This role is located in Canberra, ACT, with hybrid working arrangements available.

The successful Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Leading and managing the delivery of business analysis services, including identifying business needs, problems, and opportunities.
• Advising stakeholders on business analysis techniques, delivering high-quality business cases, and influencing senior leadership.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful business outcomes, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

The successful Senior Business Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience delivering business analysis services within complex Government or enterprise ICT environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence executive decision-making.
• Proficiency in designing, evaluating, and documenting business processes and strategic improvements.
• Knowledge of identity and access management platforms such as SailPoint and associated technologies is highly desirable.
