Are you a high-energy, target-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships at the C-suite level and closing complex deals? We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing SaaS team delivering cutting-edge automation solutions across finance, procurement, and customer service.

About the Role

This role is focused on both winning new business and growing existing accounts. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams - Sales Development, PreSales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to deliver tailored, value-led solutions to senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth through proactive prospecting and lead qualification;
  • Develop and manage sales opportunities, collaborating with marketing and partner teams;
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, particularly in finance (Office of the CFO)
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value;
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation;
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver clear forecasting to the Sales Manager; and
  • Actively contribute to customer advocacy and long-term success.
What You’ll Bring
  • 8–10 years of B2B sales experience with 3–5 years selling to C-level executives;
  • Proven success in selling software or SaaS solutions in complex sales environments;
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and business pain points;
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and highly organised; and
  • Experience using CRM systems for pipeline and forecast management.
