## **Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Business Development Representative at Canva focusing on Sales and Success support, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. You advocate the innovative power of Canva’s products to make organizations more collaborative, creative, and efficient. You’ll collaborate with the Sales and Success team to identify new business opportunities, optimize existing partnerships, and ensure the successful implementation and utilization of Canva’s products and services.

  • *What to expect in this role:**
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Success team to identify and pursue strategic pipeline opportunities, create demand generation activities, and desired results
  • Build sales pipeline using cold outreach and social selling by scheduling and running qualification meetings before passing it on to Canva Consultants
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Canva technologies, territories, accounts, competitors, industry trends, and more.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
  • Learning and implementing strategies that align Canva’s solutions with customer pains, use cases, and organization imperatives
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, Pocus, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and other resources to maintain pipeline generation and hygiene strategies.
  • Deliver on weekly, monthly and quarterly key performance metrics **What we're looking for:**
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, possesses great time management skills
  • Goal Oriented &driven; able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment
  • Experience with cold outreach, experience including account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handling preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesloftĀ and cold calling.
