You’ll be the driving force behind brand strategy, growth marketing, commercial partnerships, and scalable systems for four distinct brands — all with media support, funding, and freedom to execute.

As the Business Growth & Brand Manager, you’ll:

• Build and manage marketing strategies across all five brands

• Work with our internal team (media, designers, developers) to launch and scale digital and physical products

• Drive B2B and B2C sales campaigns (coaching, events, merchandise, print, finance)

• Pitch, negotiate and secure brand partnerships, sponsors, and collaborators

• Oversee all websites, funnels, and eComm strategy (Shopify/WordPress)

• Report weekly to Chris Gilmour on growth metrics, wins, and next moves

• Proven experience launching or scaling multiple brands or products

• Full-stack marketing skills: social, email, performance ads, brand building

• Sales or business development experience is a massive plus

• Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, Meta/Google Ads

• Clear thinking, strong execution, and the ability to work autonomously
