Business Support Officer

Location: Adelaide CBD
Assignment: ASAP start | 6-month contract | Full-time
Salary: $41-$45/hr incl. casual loading

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to provide high-level administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy shared inbox and email workflows

• Upload and manage documents in SharePoint with strong attention to detail

• Oversee logistics - including uniforms, transport, and expenses

• Process purchase orders and support finance tasks

• Assist with onboarding and training external parties

What You'll Bring:

• Proven administrative support experience

• Quick learner with strong attention to detail

• Reliable, mature, and systems-driven

• Excellent communication skills for diverse teams

• Previous experience supporting technical or engineering teams is highly desirable
