Your responsibilities will include:
 

  • leading and participating in diverse construction projects across Sydney and surrounding suburbs.
  • interpreting blueprints and executing plans with precision.
  • guiding and supporting other tradespeople and subcontractors.
  • ensuring top-quality carpentry work.
  • maintaining safety and environmental standards on-site.
  • mentoring junior team members.
  • effective communication with clients and other key parties.
  • working in synergy with site supervisors, construction managers, and project managers.
  • managing material deliveries and site logistics.
  • administrative duties and quality control on-site

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
 

  • proven experience in construction.
  • a valid OH&S construction white card.
  • carpentry or construction certification.
  • strong communication and teamworking skills.
  • resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
  • leadership qualities and decision-making abilities.
  • a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Candidates should have completed an apprenticeship and have at least three years of post-apprenticeship experience. A work vehicle (Ute) and tools are essential, and willingness to travel across Sydney is required.
