We are seeking a talented and experienced carpenter with some site supervision skills to join our development team in the picturesque South West area of Bunbury and/or Busselton

Fantastic opportunity to join a developer/builder for two very long term housing development projects. 

You can be an Employee or a Contractor (Mon-Friday) with Flexible working times and arrangements available.

The role spans across a range of work including:

• first fix carpentry (walls, roof frames, cladding etc)

• second fix (doors, shelving, skirtings etc)

• some formwork (house slabs prep)

• supervising and organising other trades on site

• a variety of other site based work depending on your capacity and interest  

Important qualifications:

• carpentry skills

• honesty with a good work ethic

• experience with residential timber-framed construction preferred

• able to produce good quality work / results

• prefer someone living around the area or is happy to relocate there

The payment package is flexible for the right skills but expecting around $100k per annum.
