About the role

Support the Case Management team to deliver high quality individual service to each participant on the ALPA caseload. You will also support CDP participants to improve their quality of life and access the opportunities available within the community.

It is important that the team leader is focused on the development of local community members and delivering a high-quality service to them, while representing ALPA with a positive & collaborative approach. 

This position is a fixed term maternity contract based in Nhulunbuy, Northern Territory and will require relocation. Accommodation is provided as part of this role, as well as relocation assistance.  

  
About you

  • Qualification in Community Services and/or relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Experience working in a remote setting with vulnerable people
  • Analytical thinker and goal orientated
  • High level of communication, both written and verbal
  • Work culturally appropriately with local staff members
