About The Role We are looking for experienced Support Workers who believe in second chances, and are passionate about supporting clients to re-integrate back into the community. You will be providing 1:1 assistance in daily living skills in our newly established SIL accommodation in Ivanhoe daily for 3 hours during evening time from 5 PM to 8 PM. There is a possibility of hours getting extended in the future. Minimum 1+ years experience within the disability, community services or similar Prefer applicants who have interest in fitness and cooking.Demonstrated experience supporting challenging behaviours (highly valued)Willingness to support clients with personal care, medications, community access, meal preparation, domestic chores and mealtime assistance.Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similarMust be available during evening hours.
