We're on the lookout for motivated and friendly Casual Store Attendants to join our team. If you're passionate about customer service and love helping people discover new drinks, this could be the perfect role for you!

The Day-to-Day:

Customer Service Expert: You’ll assist customers in finding their perfect beverages, whether it’s a new bottle of wine, a local craft beer, or a signature cocktail spirit. Every interaction will leave them happy and coming back for more!

Stock Management: Help keep the store looking its best by ensuring shelves are stocked, inventory is managed, and displays are fresh and eye-catching.

Team Support: You’ll work alongside our amazing team, contributing to a positive, friendly atmosphere that helps everyone thrive.

Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organised, ensuring a pleasant and inviting environment for customers and staff alike.

Event Assistance: Assist with in-store promotions, tastings, and events to boost sales and customer engagement.

What You’ll Have:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (experience in the alcohol/beverage industry is a bonus!).
• A passion for beverages, whether it’s wine, beer, or spirits. An eagerness to learn more and share that knowledge with others is key.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essential.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
