Talent Focus Education, in collaboration with a renowned childcare center in who is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager to lead their facility. They are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 0 weeks to 5 years old.
Position Overview: We are looking for a qualified and passionate Centre Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being, development, and overall success of our childcare center. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Director or leadership position within a childcare setting.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the daily operations of the childcare center, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and facility maintenance.
- Implement and oversee a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages effective communication among staff, parents, and children.
- Ensure strict adherence to state and local licensing regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children.
- Develop and manage the center's budget, optimizing resource allocation.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, offering ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve growth and quality improvement objectives.
Qualifications: - Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Director or leadership role within a childcare center.
- Profound knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in childcare.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with local and state childcare regulations and licensing requirements.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A strong passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.
