We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join this stunning purpose-built centre located in Essendon, VIC. As the Centre Director, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care for our young learners.

Role and Responsibilities: As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the centre's operations, ensuring the delivery of a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for both children and educators. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting passionate and experienced educators
• Building on occupancy, meeting & greeting new families 
• Leading and managing a team of passionate educators, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional outcomes for children.
• Developing and implementing innovative educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Building strong relationships with families, fostering open communication and collaboration to meet individual children's needs.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
• Managing day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations of the centre.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECT qualification) or Diploma 
• VIT Accreditation (If you are an ECT)
• Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally managing a large early learning service
• Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and dedication to providing the best possible care for children.
• Experience working as a Childcare Centre Director in Australia (at least 3 years)
