The opportunity
The Change Manager will work collaboratively with project teams and peers focusing on preparing the organisation for change, ensuring change adoption, realising maximum benefits, and mitigating any negative impacts to both internal staff and external customers.
Key responsibilities
The Change Manager will implement and continuously improve our change management strategy, framework and toolkit and organisation-wide approach for managing change and building change readiness, embedding the structured approach to change management into the organisation.
