Task & Responsibilities
This position has following responsibilities and job duties:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of food items across different service periods
- Performing different cooking methods
- Assist management in planning menus
- Organise required food supplies
- Safe use of all kitchen equipment
- Stock rotation(FIFO) skills
- Works to minimize any food wastage
- Provides leadership and guidance to oter kitchen staff
Qualification & Experience
To be eligible for this position, ideally you have the following:
- Diploma/Trade Qualifications in Commercial cooking field
- A minimum of two years’ of commercial work experience
- Adequate knowledge of all culinary dishes
- Good communication skills
