About the Role:
Looking for your next career move? Hunter St. Hospitality has a range of opportunities to suit experienced Chefs (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef De Partie, Demi Chef and Commis Chef)

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment
• Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
• A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights

Key responsibilities:
• Working within a high performing team to deliver high-quality products and a smooth service
• Performing food preparation tasks, training, and supporting a section
• Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed

Contract Type: Permanent/ Full Time

Salary $58,100 – $75,000 pending qualifications and experience
