At Minnows Aspendale Gardens Pty Ltd, we are looking for a passionate Child Care Worker Diploma Qualified  for our beautiful, family-owned early learning centre. This position is a full time, working with children 0 - 5 years in our  Early Childhood programs.

Our ideal Applicants should have,

• Willingness to identify, plan and engage in professional learning
• Experience working in a Long Day Care environment

Expected Responsibilites and Role Description,

• provide education and care for babies, toddlers and children 
• lead the preparation of materials and equipment to support children’s learning and development 
• provide experiences to support children’s play and learning 
• develop positive and respectful relationships with children
• ensure the health and safety of children
• support and supervise the daily routines of children 
• support the inclusion of all children
• support children to develop cooperative behaviour 
• guide educators in providing care and supervision for children

It is Essential the candidate possess the following specific skills, qualifications and experience

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid qualification
• Knowledge and a passion for children in the Early Years
• Excellent communication skills 
• Experience working with young children
• Leadership Experience
• Thorough knowledge of Childrens Service Regulation
• Understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy
