Requirements We're seeking experienced trainers who have both hands-on industry expertise and a track record of delivering engaging training sessions. You'll be working with a dynamic team to deliver Cisco-authorized training in the following areas: Current Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) credential.Demonstrated experience delivering Cisco courses.Relevant certifications in the following tracks:CCNP EnterpriseCCNP Data CenterProficiency in delivering specific courses, including (but not limited to):ENCORDCCORDCACIDCIDDCCUSDCIT Highly Desirable Experience or willingness to gain accreditation in:Cisco Security (e.g. SISE, SCOR)Cisco Service Provider (e.g. CLSOR) What will you do? Deliver Cisco training courses through both instructor-led sessions and virtual learning platforms.Apply real-world experience to enhance learning outcomes and student engagement.Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional best practices into every session.Collaborate with our Product Team to support marketing initiatives. Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in networking or data center environments, ideally in roles aligned with Cisco technologies.Proven experience delivering technical training to adult learners in a classroom or virtual setting.Experience with Cisco hardware and software, especially in enterprise and data center solutions.Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.Familiarity with instructional design principles and eLearning platforms is a plus.Experience working with corporate clients, system integrators, or managed service providers is advantageous.
